Consequently, our lawyers are very experienced within the areas of insolvency and restructuring.
We also provide assistance to company owners and management in connection with restructuring of crisis-stricken companies, and we are widely experienced in negotiating with creditors and banks in connection with restructuring, compositions and voluntary credit schemes.
We also assist the Bankruptcy Division of the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen with debt rescheduling and enforced winding-up of companies.
In addition to this, we provide legal assistance to creditors in connection with securing their receivables just as we assist banks, business enterprises and others in connection with the establishment and assessment of the safeguarding of loan obligations.
